Frequently Asked Questions

How do my employees register for a class once we book an onsite training with BASSET Chicago?

No registration is necessary from the employees. On the day of the training, each employee will provide their name and date of birth for their BASSET cards and the cards will be mailed directly to you (the employer) upon completion of the course.

How does payment work for the onsite training?
Simple. The only payment due upfront is a $100 deposit to confirm the date/time of the training. The remainder of the payment is due to the trainer the day of the class (payable by check). A final invoice can be emailed for your records, and remember that the cost of BASSET training is a cost of doing business in Illinois and can be deducted accordingly.

How far out should I book a class for my staff?

However, if you are need the training done ASAP, give us a call and we can typically accommodate either your first or second date preference in as short as 1.5-2 week's notice.  Email Rachel directly at to request a date/time that works best for your staff.
